Appointment Policy

In order to serve you best, appointments are highly recommended. True emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. Our staff does their best to accomodate everyone. We do reserve the right to refuse service. For Rx's please call ahead for refills.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

While we do gladly accept your check, in the event your check is returned for Insufficient Funds it will be turned over to Federal Check Recovery. Federal Check Recovery, Inc. reserves the right to electronically debit your checking account for both the face amount and associated fees. Your payment by check is deemed as acceptance of this electronic check recovery system.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
